Location is perfect for hiking in the National park. The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful.

The furnuture was a bit outdated, but this is rather typical for Swiss mountain hotels.

the location is perfect as it is situated at the end of the village on the main road leading to the national park. This made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the park and indulge in its natural beauty. Secondly, the staff were exceptional - they were friendly, attentive, and always there to assist us. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable with beautiful views from the balcony. We especially enjoyed waking up to the stunning scenery every morning. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and provided a great start to our day of exploration.

Nothing to fault, everything was perfect.

clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff. charming design with a wooden touch. great location for cross-country skiing directly from the hotel. delicious customizable pizza and a fantastic breakfast with winter berries. the NYE fireworks were spectacular and the hotel is perfect for visiting the National Park. room was spacious with a lovely balcony. excellent parking and included travel card. strong recommendation.

The hotel is 15 to 20 minutes walking distance from the train station, towards the exit from Zernez. However I guess a little bit of walking is always good for health.

This was a perfect base for our hiking and cycling holiday. The location was stunning, with direct access to the national park trails. We also appreciated the fresh and ample breakfast options and the friendly staff. The room was very comfortable, and we loved the complimentary fresh fruit.

The wine selection was limited and not up to our taste, but we understood this was more of a pizzeria-style restaurant. Otherwise, there were no major negatives about our experience, and we would definitely consider coming back for another city break.

The room was comfortable and clean, but somewhat small, the hotel staff was very friendly. The breakfast (included) was good and the dining area pleasant. The hotel is situated at the border of the town of Zernez and it takes 15 minutes by foot through the town to reach the train station, but this was not a problem for us. There is a bus stop 5 minutes away by foot - the bus goes to the National Parc and to the train station but does not run very frequently.

The hotel is along the road Zernez-Müstair and early in the morning, if your room faces the road and you have your window open, you may be woken up by the noise of a few cars/motorcycles passing by. The rest of the night the road was quiet.

As backpackers, we loved the convenient location for exploring the National Park. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome. The modern and well-equipped rooms provided a comfortable stay. The on-site restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious food options, including the mouthwatering pizza. The breakfast spread was excellent, with plenty of fresh fruit, croissants, cheese, meats, yoghurts. The hotel also had stunning views of the En valley, which we enjoyed from the restaurant, terrace, and some of the rooms.

We felt so well taken care of during our stay that we have no complaints.

The room was spacious with a nice balcony and a comfortable bed. The breakfast offered was good and we enjoyed the beautiful views from our room. The hotel was located in a great area with many attractions nearby and a travel card was included in the room. Parking was easy and convenient.

The hallway smelled bad and the receptionist was not friendly and welcoming. They were unhappy when we arrived early and wanted to leave our belongings before check-in time.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel on the edge of town, very close to the bus stop and within walking distance to the National Park Visitor Centre. The cleanliness of the room and hotel facilities were exceptional. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the breakfast with a good variety of options. The location right next to the Swiss national park was a bonus.
